When will my parcel be sent?

We aim to send your parcel within 1 – 2 working days.

When will my order arrive?

For European countries it will be between 5 – 7 working days. For countries outside of Europe it might take up to 14 days. You will receive a tracking number to keep up to date with the progress of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If there has been a mistake with your order, let us know straight away and this can be rectified. However, once we have sent your parcel your order cannot be changed. If you want to cancel your order after it has been shipped just simply let us know and return it after you have received it.

Shipping cost

The cost of your shipping will be displayed when you pay for the order and select the country you want it to be delivered to. We try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible.

I have not received my item after the estimated delivery what now?

If you haven’t received your parcel, please check your track and trace. If you cannot obtain this information, then please don’t hesitate to contact us and we can look into this for you.

 Returns

You have 14 days to contact us and return the package from the day it was received.

You can return the item to us if you are not satisfied with it however you have to pay for the shipment of the package.

If the item you have returned is damaged you will only get 50% of the price you have purchased it for.

 What if the product doesn’t fit me?

If you have ordered the wrong size or the product doesn’t fit you, we are accepting returns and a full refund for the product will be issued. However, you will have to pay for the shipment of the product back to us.

 My item has arrived but it’s damaged what now?

If you have received an item that is damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will replace your item with a new one.

Refunds

You can ask for your money to be transferred back to you or use it as a credit to complete any future orders with us.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to show up on your account. If after that period it’s still not there please contact us.

 Payment methods 

You can pay for your order through PayPal, Debit/Mastercard and Stripe.

Brexit customs

As we are based in the UK there is a possibility of you having to pay taxes on the item you have order. Unfortunately this is out of our hands and we cannot control it however not all parcels will attract the custom charges. If the item returns to us due to failure of paying the duty we will refund money for the item but not for the shipping.
